Stock Levels at Our Warehouses (For Pick-Ups):

Below are the stock levels at each of our warehouses for customers wanting to pick-up their order. Please note each warehouse dispatches orders nationally, and if one warehouse is out of stock, other warehouses will fill the order. If a product is out of stock in all 4 warehouses this will be made clear while the order is being placed

Commercial Blenders Australia takes much pride in ensuring a smooth Supply Chain and customer delivery process. Much time and effort has been placed into you receiving your order as promptly as possible. Commercial Blenders Australia’s preferred carriers are Fastway, Australia Post and Toll IPEC to deliver your order. If you require a different method of delivery please call us and we would be happy to arrange this for you.

All STANDARD DELIVERY orders are 'Signature Required' unless otherwise requested at the time of checkout. If no one is available to accept delivery, the parcel is left at your local post office or delivery depot.

All EXPRESS DELIVERY orders are 'Authority To Leave', this means if you are not present at the time of attempted delivery the driver will leave the parcel in the safest place available on your premises.

Important Note: Any orders sent with the agreement of 'Authority To Leave' (express orders or by request for standard shipping) are entirely at the customers risk, any parcels marked as delivered on our carriers tracking are considered as being delivered, in full. We advise the best method of delivery for express shipping orders is to have them sent to a location where someone will be present to receive the package or a workplace. We do not use common carriers and any loss or neglect by any 3rd party is wholly their responsibility (customer or carrier) and Commercial Blenders Australia is unable to accept liability for elements of fulfilling your order carried out beyond our control. By selecting these delivery services, options and conditions you agree that Commercial Blenders Australia holds no liability regarding the delivery or non-delivery of your order once it leaves Commercial Blenders Australia's care.

Once your order is placed

  1. Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, your order is automatically sent to the warehouse within 24 hours (same day dispatch for orders prior to 10am).
  2. Your order is dispatched using your chosen service.
  3. Delivery is made within the specified delivery window for your selected service.
  4. If delivery was unsuccessful due to unattended premises (and no Authority To Leave listed), an attempted delivery docket is typically left in your mailbox/at your door and the freight is taken to your local post office/back to the carriers’ depot to await further instructions from you. If you gave/give approval the item will be left in your letterbox or by your door (size depending). Express orders are left in the safest place available.
    Please note: We cannot guarantee your parcel will be left at your closest or easiest accessible post office, typically this is the case but we do not have control over the delivery driver and we apologise in advance if carding to a different post office occurs. We are unfortunately unable to arrange your parcel to be relocated to your preferred post office if this does occur.

Standard Shipping - $19

*Delivery timeframe can vary depending on location, capital cities are typically 3-5 days, outer-metro and State Rural, WA/NT/FNQ can/will take longer.

Delivery times are known to vary from time to time and delivery times are not guaranteed, orders placed before 10am will typically be dispatched same day. For deliveries to Remote areas, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland delivery can take up to 10 Business Days but are usually quicker.

This is our only service for PO Boxes, AusPost operates the postal box network so we must use them.

We are able to tailor deliveries to your requirements through other couriers to get your products to you in the least amount of time possible.

Local Pickup

Customers are welcome to come to one of our warehouses to collect their order. Please select the local pickup option to avoid paying postage costs and having your order shipped.

You will be notified over email when your order is ready for collection, polease do not attempt to collect until you have been notified as you may be turned away.

Update: Delivery for the Optimum 9400 is 1-2 days to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth addresses. Most regional addresses will take 1-3 days for delivery.
